Good afternoon BC apartments! Just a brief note to complement the administrative staff at your offices. Regardless of time, whenever you enter the facility one receives a smile or good morning. Secondly, an invitation for a cookie always makes my day. I have resided in my apartment for approx. one year and really enjoy this area. One final note, the maintenance staff is always helpful too, especially Mike. Keep up the good work.

I moved to Briarcliff Apartments a little over a year ago, after selling my 5,000 sq ft house. I was a little hesitant about moving into an apartment, after living in a house most of my life. I must say, I have been very impressed with Briarcliff Apartments. The staff is always courteous and polite. Their maintenance team takes pride in the work they do. I really like the location, because it's only 7 minutes away from my job. The hallways and clubhouse are always very well kept. The grass and landscaping is top notch. My neighbors are always respectful and courteous. The view is impeccable and I don't think any other apartments could compare to the Briarcliff Apartments.

I have lived at the Briarcliff City Apartments for almost 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue I submit online and it is usually done that day. Most recently they put in new granite countertops to match the kitchen in every apartment in the complex. The common areas; pool, theater/party room, fitness room and other common areas are maintained perfectly as are the grounds. It is such a beautiful community and the rent is very reasonable compared to similar luxury communities. My rent has never been raised more than $10 a month per year. I'm proud to call this my home!!

I moved to Briarcliff at the end of August 2015 and could not be more happy with my decision! I moved here from Dallas and was looking for a place that is close enough to the airport (for work travel) yet close enough to downtown for my corporate office and settled here. My two bedroom apartment has an amazing view of the city and is a quick commute to downtown via I-9 which makes it even more desirable. Jessica was so accommodating when filling out paperwork and helping me get settled in and has been more than friendly and helpful whenever needed since settling in. Great apartments, friendly neighbor's, and fantastic views! The workout facilities are amazing for an apartment complex and they have a massage therapist available when scheduled on site. I would highly recommend living here and making this your new home!

I’d like to share a few thoughts about living at Briarcliff City Apartments.

First, I have a great apartment with the best access to downtown! It is nicely appointed and functional while not feeling like a “box apartment.”

I so appreciate the welcoming and helpful staff at the front office. They have always been helpful.

Most importantly, I am thankful for your service staff. I have had a few problems, reported them, and had them promptly attended too. Always with a smile!

Thank you so much for leading such a staff! It makes all the difference in the world!
